Commissioning of Equipment

Testing equipment is vital to ensure the correct power has being supplied, that each item is working properly and that is has been installed correctly.

It is important that an allocation for the additional power draw has been included for the extra kitchen items such as mixers, blenders, mincers, meat slicers, freestanding refrigeration, & freezers, ice machines etc. As these are not present at the testing stage, it is necessary to make sure there is sufficient power to run the kitchen once the OS&E has been received and the fully functional kitchen is up and running.

This will give you an accurate picture of your total power requirements and minimize the risk of interruptions to power supply once the restaurant/resort is up and running.
